Anne Fan at Compass Real Estate focuses her business on investment properties and luxury homes. 

Anne holds a Juris Doctor degree from DePaul University College of Law (Chicago) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Northeastern University (Boston). She brings a strong combination of business and law into the real estate industry. With an emphasis on international business, negotiation, and mediation, she accentuated her natural talent in creating solutions. With her legal background and business acumen coupled with negotiation expertise, Anne provides a truly unique array of resources and facilitates her clients through the real estate process seamlessly. 

Whether she is working with an investor or a traditional home buyer, she can pinpoint key elements that should be carefully considered according to their needs. She is patient with her clients and not afraid to go the extra mile. Anne works hard to make sure her clients are comfortable with their investments. 

Anne enjoys indulging in good food, good company, and a good laugh. She loves everything Chicago has to offer, from exemplary architecture to the finest restaurants and theaters. She continues to be involved in her community and volunteers as a Certified Mediator at Cook County Circuit Courts with the Center for Conflict Resolution and sits on the Board of Directors for the Chinese American Service League. 

Anne is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese. 

Alice Fan graduated from Boston University with a degree in Computer Science and worked in the Technology Industry for nearly two decades, advancing from a computer programmer to Senior Vice President of well known and established firms in San Francisco, New York City, and Chicago. 

She is multilingual and specializes in Luxury Residential Properties and Chicago Market Investors. She is fluent in English, Chinese, and Taiwanese. 

Having grown up in a real estate investing family, she always had an interest in real estate. However, she realized it was her new passion after her personal foray into real estate investment in New York and Chicago proved successful. Her keen analytical skill set developed as a Computer Engineer and Management helped guide her property selection strategies for maximum profit. 

Alice takes a consultative, one on one approach with her clients to make certain they are making sound real estate investment decisions.

Chong Suh has been involved in the Real Estate industry since he was born. His family has been investing, flipping, and building property for decades, so Chong naturally grew into the business. A graduate of DePaul University with a double major in Finance and Management, Chong worked for several years in the financial world before taking his entrepreneurial spirit to real estate.

He approaches every client with a consultative mindset, finding the right property for each individual by understanding their short- and long-term personal and financial goals. In his free time, Chong loves to travel, cook, play sports, and spend time with his wife and kids. He is fluent in both English and Korean.
